Callie Welker

Producer/Personal Lines CSR

Callie graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a Bachelor's of Science in both Dietetic's and Health Management. She is a Registered Dietetian and Certified Personal Trainer at The Training Edge Fitness. Callie joined the insurance business in 2011 with AFLAC and joined Capital insurance in February of 2012. She is licensed in Life, Health, Property, and Casualty. She is married to Mark Welker who is studying law at Southern Illinois University.

Michelle Long

Producer

Michelle Long joined Capital Insurance and Associates a producer in January 2012. She is a life-time resident of the Southeast Missouri area, a graduate of Cape Central High School and Southeast Missouri State alumni. She brings with her over 17 years of Marketing, Sales and Public Relations experience.

Michelle is a member of the Cape Girardeau Area Chamber of Commerce, 2008 graduate of Leadership Cape, and has served as a member of the Chamber Ambassadors, Cape Girardeau Rotary Club, and multiple volunteer projects in the Cape Girardeau Area. Long brings with her an extensive work experience, formerly serving as Public Information Coordinator for the City of Cape Girardeau, Internet Sales Director for KFVS. She has worked closely over the years with her family’s business, Crosnoe Gold and Silver, and most recently worked as an Independent Agent with Aflac.

She began her insurance career by becoming licensed in Missouri Life, Health & Accident Insurance in 2010. Long recently earned her Missouri state license in Property & Casualty Insurance.

She resides in Jackson with her two boys, Landon and Layton Hahn, who keep her on the go constantly with their many sports activities, primarily traveling baseball, football and traveling football.
